General description of our ministry:
Work as a team, using interdependence in dealing with the ministerial body and its dependencies and ministries 2.
2. Organize the work, following the guidelines of the Church Manual, the recommendations of the senior pastors and the needs of the members.
3. To express its opinion with clarity and prudence, knowing the functioning of the work of the church, and contributing to the integral and harmonious development of the congregation.
4. To participate in the making of major decisions for the proper functioning of the church. 5. Take care not to overstep the limits of their attributions, so as not to interfere with the work of other areas of the church.
In this area, the leaders develop their task by organizing the matters related to the church board, recording and communicating information, and directing the processes related to the administration:
1. seeing to it that the processes are carried out with speed, which also implies speed and responsibility.
3. Keeping the books, or accounting system, records and reports under his/her responsibility up to date. 4.
4. To share reliable and up-to-date information, presenting reports with creativity and depth, which may be useful in directing the church's action plans.
5. To prepare, together with the pastors, a schedule of church meetings and activities, and to prepare the agenda of the pastors and church activities.
